Step 3: Which photo do you like best? Why?
I like the picture she took of the water drop. The colors she captured were beautiful and the definition of the drop that splashed up adds a unique aspect to the picture. Step 4: Which is your least favorite image? Why?

My least favorite was the studio picture. I think the error was made in editing because the background looks very dull. The white sheet looks a grey-ish color and this is easy to correct in lightroom. 

Step 5: Overall, make two positive statements about their pictures.

They are all very good! Whenever I pulled up this blog, I thought they were taken by a professional at first. 

I also like that they are very different from each other. She did a good job at picking various angles to shoot from.

Step 6: Overall, what is one area that this person could improve upon in your opinion.

She could work on making her pictures brighter (not dull) in light room.

2.     Briefly describe what you looked at on the website (2-3 sentences, make sure you write enough to really make it clear that you spent time looking at the website).
On this website, I looked at a way to create surrealistic photographs using oil, water, a glass plate, colored construction paper, and a macro lens on your camera. To set up for the shot, the photographer created a "bridge" with 2 chairs and placed the plate between them. Once they got the oil and water how they liked it, they used a tripod with their camera to take the shot. 
3.     What did you learn new?
I learned that there is a "macro" setting on my camera, which is new to me.. haha. I also learned that you can change the outcome of the pictures by switching the construction paper out with a picture or newspaper or something(anything really.)
4.     If possible, post your favorite photo from the site.
5.     If you have a photo to post, please answer the following questions:
a.     Why did you pick this photo? I liked the texture the photographer created by adding soap to the water. 
b.     What rules of photography do you see in the photo? Rule of thirds.
c.     Who took the photo? Photographer was not listed.

Yes, because it gives the potential customer a look at your work!
2. What are some advantages to using this style in your opinion?
The books make it easy for someone to see your abilities without having to look up your website, and they can show your work to their friends.
3. In your opinion, what are the disadvantages to using these little books?
COST. 3 dollars per person you give it to and they may just throw it away. 4. Do you think Matthew Jones was justified in his defense of not sharing his publisher?
Yes. He is trying to stay original. If he just goes around telling everyone his sources, people will begin to copy him.5. Where do you place the blame for the misleading headline, on the writer, or the website publisher?
The writer, he was the one that came up with it in order to trick people into clicking on his article. 6. In this age of "trolling" did you think the series of comments were appropriate?
I honestly feel like some people should just keep their opinions to themselves. There is no reason for them to be rude and hateful in the comments.

1. What are two ways to get an image in low light?You can use flash which lights up the subject and freezes their movements.
You could also use a slow shutter speed for landscape or environment shots. 2. What is one disadvantage to using both of those ways?
Flash can light up your subject to brightly. 
A slow shutter speed will create motion blur.3. What is a solution to the problem?
The solution is slow sync flash which tells your camera to shoot with a lower shutter speed and fire flash.4. Explain front and rear curtain sync?
Rear Curtain Sync- tells your camera to fire flash at the end of the exposure.
